Supply Chain Director

Our strategic partner is a popular brand in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The company has achieved significant success and has recently invested in production line technology and infrastructure. Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam


Our Partner seeks an accomplished Supply Chain Director with experience in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for strategic planning and performance management of supply chain operations, including supply planning and distribution management, warehousing and transportation management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set overall departmental objectives, targets and KPIs and ensure the same are set at divisional level (including Warehouse, Transportation and Supply Planning Management)
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and performance management of supply chain operations to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee the coordination between supply chain planning and related corporate functions (procurement, manufacturing and others) and ensure service delivery of corporate functions to fulfill business unit’s objectives.
  • Responsible for developing all operational work instructions and procedures, reviewing supply chain operation related metrics and reports and undertaking effective
  • Ensure distribution warehouses are running into operation effectively and properly in line with future requirements for volume, handling, storage, shipping and value-added service.
  • Direct and ensure the supply planning process and system are up-to-date and effective in meeting business requirements.
  • Align with strategic leadership in organizational development for the division related to the functional strategic plan, develop structure, accountability, responsibility and focus.
  • Prepare and provide updates and dashboard to Business Unit General Director and CEO on overall supply chain performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the leadership role in supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools such as SAP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership presence, negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
