Our strategic partner is a popular brand in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The company has achieved significant success and has recently invested in production line technology and infrastructure. Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Summary

Our Partner seeks an accomplished Sourcing Manager with experience in the Food & Beverage industry. This position is responsible for sourcing all non-strategic materials and services, developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliant and cost-effective procurement processes

Job Responsibilities

• Source all raw materials, machinery & spare parts (MRO), and services (Real Estate, Project-based, Business Services, Marketing Services) required for the company’s production and business operations. This includes developing sourcing plans, executing sourcing activities, and monitoring the process to ensure timeliness, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
• Develop strategic sourcing proposals for all goods and services outlined in the annual sourcing plan, collaborating with relevant stakeholders (Sourcing Board). Ensure all proposals must secure sufficient supply sources, optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and adhere to company regulations.
• Oversee the entire supplier data management process, from initial requests and registration to qualification, certification, and ongoing updates. This ensures accurate, complete, and up-to-date supplier information is available for procurement, contracting, delivery, and payment processes, in line with company policies.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role. Proven experience in sourcing raw materials, machinery and spare parts (MRO), and various services including real estate, projects, business services, and marketing services.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation skills, particularly in the context of sourcing a wide range of goods and services.
• Ability to analyze procurement data and reports to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in procurement management systems, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to sourcing and procurement.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
