Supplier Relationship Manager

Our strategic partner is a popular brand in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The company has achieved significant success and has recently invested in production line technology and infrastructure. Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam

Summary

Our Partner seeks an accomplished Supplier Relationship Manager with experience in the Food & Beverage industry. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring their satisfaction and compliance throughout the entire contract and delivery process.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and manage supplier satisfaction levels. Analyze data to identify opportunities and implement internal improvements, preventing recurring issues and enhancing overall supplier satisfaction to strengthen customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement relationship-building strategies based on supplier segmentation. Conduct periodic performance evaluations (KPIs) and manage a supplier scorecard system.
• Provide on-site support to suppliers and waste management partners during delivery and pick-up processes at the factory (Supplier Care Services), ensuring a smooth and convenient experience for suppliers.
• Monitor and ensure compliance throughout the contract/order fulfillment process, from delivery and service implementation to acceptance and payment, maximizing supplier satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other related majors.
• At least 5 years of experience working in a managerial position.
• Knowledge of commercial contracts and terms and conditions, as well as government contracting requirements and procurement and contract law.
• Creative and able to produce accurate, high-quality work under minimal supervision and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and has a sense of urgency; calm positive attitude under pressure.
• Passion for and demonstration of customer-service orientation.
