Infrastructure Civil Engineer

Our strategic partner is a multinational professional services company headquartered in Europe, providing design, engineering, architecture, planning, and consulting services across various areas of the built environment. The organization is currently expanding its presence in Vietnam through transportation, urban development, and real estate projects, aiming for long-term and sustainable growth.

Summary 

Our Partner is seeking an Infrastructure Civil Engineer based in Vietnam to support infrastructure design projects, including engineering calculations, technical modelling, drawing preparation, and design documentation while collaborating with senior engineers and BIM teams to deliver solutions that meet project requirements and engineering standards.

Job Responsibilities 

• Perform assigned engineering tasks within the designated area of responsibility with appropriate guidance and support.
• Take responsibility for specific components of engineering design assignments.
• Prepare engineering calculations and contribute to the development of technical drawings and project reports.
• Assist senior engineering professionals in the delivery of infrastructure engineering design packages.
• Coordinate closely with the BIM team and participate in multidisciplinary coordination activities.
• Undertake technical assessments, engineering analysis, and modelling activities under supervision.
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with relevant standards, regulations, and project requirements.
• Support project documentation, quality control, and quality assurance activities.

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• From 1 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. Fresh graduates with strong academic performance may also be considered.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within infrastructure engineering projects.
• Passion for structural and geotechnical engineering design.
• Good English communication skills.
• Familiarity with European engineering standards is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of structural or geotechnical engineering software such as Robot Structural Analysis, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and PLAXIS is an advantage.
