BIM Modeller (Infrastructure)

Our strategic partner is a multinational professional services company headquartered in Europe, providing design, engineering, architecture, planning, and consulting services across various areas of the built environment. The organization is currently expanding its presence in Vietnam through transportation, urban development, and real estate projects, aiming for long-term and sustainable growth.

Summary 

Our Partner is seeking a BIM Modeller (Infrastructure) based in Vietnam to support the delivery of infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region. The position is responsible for developing BIM models and technical documentation, coordinating with engineering teams, maintaining project quality standards, and supporting digital delivery processes. This role offers exposure to complex regional projects and opportunities for professional growth within an international engineering environment.

Job Responsibilities 

• Develop BIM models and prepare technical documentation based on inputs and coordination with structural engineering teams using Revit.
• Collaborate closely with both local and overseas project teams, including stakeholders located in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.
• Produce BIM models independently for standard project assignments and provide guidance to junior team members when required.
• Maintain the quality and accuracy of BIM deliverables in accordance with project objectives and internal standards.
• Coordinate proactively with project managers and team members regarding workload planning, project progress, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project activities and ensure compliance with established Common Data Environment (CDE) procedures and requirements.

Job Requirements 

• 2–8 years of experience participating in infrastructure-related projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Previous exposure to BIM coordination activities across multiple disciplines, including Architectural and MEP teams, is an advantage.
• Familiarity with BIM collaboration platforms and model coordination tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or Navisworks is preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit for BIM modeling and documentation production.
• Knowledge of programming or automation tools including Python, C#, Dynamo, or Rhino.Inside.Revit is considered an advantage.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Chinese language capability is an added advantage.
• Experience supporting large-scale and technically complex projects, particularly those associated with Hong Kong, Singapore, or Australia, will be beneficial.
