Our strategic partner specializes in supplying ingredients for the personal care and home care sectors. The business is currently expanding its operations in Vietnam and is seeking multiple new positions to support its growth strategy and business expansion in the next development phase.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and implement new business opportunities.
Lead business expansion activities for Key Accounts and oversee the project pipeline.
Coordinate with the commercial team to develop fragrance-focused projects for customers.
Handle pricing management to ensure profitability aligns with company expectations.
Support the development of business plans and strategic targets.
Prepare monthly rolling forecast reports.
Conduct analysis related to costs, market movements, business growth, and customer data.
Address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Ensure all newly developed fragrance materials comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
Organize workshops and client presentations related to market trends.
Coordinate directly with suppliers regarding technical matters, samples, pricing, trends, and project updates.
Build and maintain a fragrance reference library within the laboratory to support business activities.
Carry out additional assignments as requested by the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or Industrial/Cosmetic Chemistry.
Good working proficiency in English communication.
At least 3 years of experience in fragrance business development or sales.
Demonstrated experience working with major manufacturers in the chemical or household product industries.
Experience in R&D within home care and personal care manufacturing companies is an advantage.
Experience in strategic client relationship management and customer handling.
Background from chemical trading or distribution companies across multiple sectors.
Strong understanding of raw materials used in household fragrance products.
