Our strategic partner specializes in supplying ingredients for the personal care and home care sectors. The business is currently expanding its operations in Vietnam and is seeking multiple new positions to support its growth strategy and business expansion in the next development phase.
Summary
Our Partner is seeking a Sales Executive to develop and manage customer accounts within the dairy, beverage, and nutrition sectors. This position is responsible for driving food ingredient projects and coordinating project execution from concept development to commercialization in order to achieve the company’s sales and profitability objectives
Job Responsibilities
Customer Development:
- Build, develop, and maintain customer relationships.
- Introduce ingredient solutions and product concepts aligned with customer requirements.
- Monitor and accelerate new product development projects.
Project Management:
- Track project progress and implementation timelines.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers regarding technical matters, documentation, samples, and project support activities.
- Update and manage the project pipeline on a regular basis.
Technical Support:
- Provide customers with product concept information and technical ingredient data to support project implementation.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, tasting sessions, and technical presentations with customers.
Internal Coordination:
- Collaborate with customers’ R&D, QA, Purchasing, and Marketing teams throughout product development activities.
Other Tasks:
- Perform other assigned duties if required.
Job Requirements
- Age from 25 to 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or Food Chemistry.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in B2B food ingredient sales, preferably within dairy and beverage ingredients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good communication skills in English with the ability to write emails and participate in meetings.
- Careful, eager to learn, and proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of dairy and beverage production processes is an advantage.
