As an Account Manager for Executive Search & Talent Acquisition Services at PeopleWise Vietnam, your primary responsibilities will include developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, supporting clients with talent acquisition and recruitment consulting services, and identifying the most suitable candidates for senior management positions within the finance, banking, and insurance industries.
Working Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
Client Prospecting & Business Development:
- Expand professional connections and generate leads by attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Develop and build strategic partnership with new clients globally, present competitive advantage/benefits of Executive Search/Recruitment service.
- Using Market intelligence related to economics trends, competitors, industry insights to identify competitive edges of PeopleWise and provide total value chain service to potential clients.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to promote digital marketing campaign and external communication events to bring awareness of PeopleWise Brand as well as Executive Search Services to senior candidates, expatriates and clients.
Account Management:
- Develop new strategic partners and manage current active key accounts to maintain strong relationships, deliver excellent services and commitments to strategic partners.
- Provide consultancy on industry trends and talent insights to support clients find the right candidates for the right positions.
- Collaborate with other Consultants to utilize resources and efforts in order to provide excellent service with high commitment.
Talent Acquisition & Assessment:
- Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the unique job requirements and effectively align sourcing efforts, recruitment strategies to attract and find the right candidates for opening vacancies.
- Utilizing various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates who possess the specific skills and qualifications required for niche positions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates possess the key competencies as requirements.
- Actively promoting the employer brand to potential candidates, highlighting the company’s strengths in the specific industry, and opportunities for career growth.
- Staying updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools and techniques to continually improve the effectiveness of talent sourcing strategies
- Tracking Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, recruitment activities, and recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the HR services industry, including at least 3 years in Executive Search or recruitment specializing in the finance, banking, fintech, or insurance sectors. Strong knowledge of industry practices, business operations, and market dynamics within the finance, banking, and insurance industries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and favorable terms.
- Networking Abilities: Large network of industry contacts and the ability to expand this network.
- Results-Oriented: A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales objectives.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is required.
