Sales Manager

Our strategic partner operates in the biotechnology sector, currently developing premium probiotic product lines within the FMCG and healthcare-related channels.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement annual sales plans and KPIs in alignment with the company’s business objectives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive market expansion by establishing and developing distribution networks across modern trade, general trade, and pharmacy channels.
  • Identify, onboard, manage, and assess regional distributors to ensure product availability and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Negotiate product listing agreements with modern trade and pharmacy chains while ensuring strong in-store visibility, with emphasis on cold chain requirements.
  • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team including ASM, RSM, and Sales Supervisors; provide coaching and performance management to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies in a timely manner and identify future growth opportunities.

Job Requirements 

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Management within the FMCG sector, preferably in probiotics, dairy, or functional beverages.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in managing and growing large-scale sales revenue or budgets.
  • Maintain strong existing relationships with buyers in modern trade channels and major pharmacy chains.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking and proactive behavior with strong market awareness and business acumen to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Adopt a solution-oriented mindset, actively seeking and executing solutions to achieve business targets.
  • Show strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage, motivate, and drive team performance effectively.
  • Be committed to working closely with top management to develop and build the market from the early stage.
  • Possess strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
