Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.
Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall work affairs and daily work management of the warehouse, and coordinate the work between departments and various functional departments
- Responsible for formulating and revising warehouse receiving, sending and storing operation procedures and management systems, and improving warehouse management processes and standards
- Develop warehouse work plans, summarize and analyze department work each month, and lead employees to complete target tasks
- Rationalize the layout and management of warehouses, and formulate plans for warehouse locations of each type
- Responsible for organizing the warehouse inventory work to ensure the consistency of cards, accounts and goods
- Responsible for supervising the processing of defective materials and stagnant materials to maximize the turnover rate of warehouse materials
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership
Job Requirements
- Age: 20-45 years old
- Technical secondary school or high school or above
- Have 2~3 years of work experience, and be proficient in warehouse entry and exit operations and warehouse management methods, specifications and operating procedures
- Familiar with warehouse management system and related management processes, have certain quality management knowledge and financial knowledge, and can use Kingdee software to make Documents
- Calm and steady, work carefully, have a strong sense of responsibility and strong work principles.
- Proficient in Vietnamese, English and Chinese.
