Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.
Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
- Planning management, responsible for arranging production lines according to PMC plan and confirming pre-production preparations in advance;
- Work order management, responsible for the closing of work orders in production, timely feedback and tracking of abnormal work orders to ensure the production achievement rate
- Quality management, timely feedback and tracking of product abnormalities on the production line, and strict operation in accordance with the process
- Personnel management, job training for production line personnel, daily work arrangements and assessment management
- Efficiency management, improve production efficiency, manage the production rhythm of the production line, and cooperate with engineers to break through the production bottleneck of the production line
- 5S management, responsible for the production safety of the team, responsible for the 5$ management, standardization and standardization of the area
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Age: 20-40 years old
- Applicants must have a college degree or above, and the requirement of technical secondary school can be relaxed to applicants with experience and strong abilities.
- More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing field management insurance, preferably with experience in medical industry.
- Familiar with the application of office software Word/Excel
- Have a high sense of responsibility and team spirit, work seriously, and be good at communication and coordination.
- Proficient in Vietnamese, English and Chinese.
