Our strategic partner is a leading multinational manufacturer of medicals devices, renowned for producing tight-tolerance, precision medical components through cutting-edge extrusion and molding processes. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.
Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
- Cooperate with the R&D department to evaluate and verify new products and new processes so that they can enter mass production smoothly
- Establish standardized operating procedures for production lines through capacity analysis, continuously improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and solve abnormal problems in production
- By setting standard working hours and production capacity, monitor and analyze daily production data, identify various wastes in a timely manner and develop improvement measures
- Promote the improvement proposals of the production department and continuously improve the production level through brainstorming
- Other tasks assigned by the leadership
Job Requirements
- Age: 20-45 years old
- College degree or above
- More than 2 years of work experience, engineering major: mechanical, industrial engineering, etc., mechatronics or electrical automation major is preferred
- Proficient in CAD, OFFICE, Soldwork or ProE and other software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to withstand greater work pressure, strong execution
- Internal efficiency monitoring of each workshop, planning, monitoring and weekly review of workshop efficiency
- Proficient in Vietnamese, English and Chinese.
