Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all facets of production operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, equipment performance, and product quality in alignment with the company’s short-, mid-, and long-term goals.
- Lead, guide, and collaborate with core production team members and stakeholders to meet output, quality, and efficiency objectives.
- Design and implement monitoring systems across the production cycle, including cost oversight, productivity benchmarks, and scheduling, to maintain smooth operations.
- Supervise production workflows to maintain uniformity and uphold compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Track performance and resolve any quality-related issues.
- Administer equipment and infrastructure to ensure proper maintenance and timely upgrades, maximizing machinery utilization while minimizing downtime.
- Interpret production data and recommend process improvements to reduce waste and enhance resource efficiency.
- Compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security Standards (SHES)
- Ensure adherence to all legal and internal guidelines regarding environmental protection, occupational health, safety, and workplace security.
- Oversee safety procedures during production, including the implementation of equipment monitoring systems to safeguard machine operations.
- Formulate policies and proactive measures to mitigate risk and manage emergency responses related to SHES.
- Develop and enforce protocols for securing assets, personnel, and sensitive company data.
- Monitor and enhance waste treatment processes—including wastewater, air emissions, and solid waste—and initiate sustainability and energy-saving projects.
- Cultivate a work culture that is positive, motivational, and professional.
- Analyze the root causes of SHES incidents and enforce corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, ideally within the beverage or food industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of EOHS, warehouse and production management, security, and logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
