Manufacturing Warehouse Manager

Our strategic partner is a popular brand in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The company has achieved significant success and has recently invested in production line technology and infrastructure. Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate inbound, outbound, and inventory activities for the Raw Materials warehouse and other warehouses within the assigned scope at warehouses nationwide, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and optimal control of warehouse operating costs:

  • Ensure warehouse operations comply with regulations regarding invoices, documents, and goods storage according to tax law, accounting law, and enterprise law.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal departments to meet inspection and reporting requirements from regulatory bodies.
  • Periodically review documents related to goods, receiving/shipping, and propose improvement actions.
  • Control warehouse operating costs.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and planning departments to adjust inventory levels in line with business needs.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Organize safety training and periodic risk assessments to minimize accidents and potential hazards.

Design and operate the warehouse system within the SAP management framework with the highest transparency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with the highest safety standards, ensuring absolute adherence to SLOC/BIN regulations:

  • Establish and manage warehouse operating procedures according to ERP, WMS system standards.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in the warehouse management system.
  • Detect, handle, and prevent discrepancies during operations through system reports.
  • Monitor accurate and timely inventory tracking, complying with principles of periodic inventory counts.
  • Implement strict control measures to prevent loss, damage, or disappearance of goods.

Optimize the utilization of warehouse area and space, ensuring cost-effectiveness of warehouse operations:

  • Plan and implement solutions for optimizing storage space and workflow.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve processes and reduce operating costs.
  • Coordinate warehouse activities ensuring efficiency and compliance with goods management regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree majoring in economics, accounting, logistics.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management.
  • Proficient in office computer skills, warehouse management software.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • At least 7 years of experience in an equivalent position.
  • 5 years of management experience.
  • Team leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO – HACCP management systems.
  • Organizational planning skills, team leadership skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Planning and coordination skills.
