Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Job Responsibilities
Lead annual strategic sourcing plan, provide directions, drive and oversee the formulation and execution of sourcing strategies for direct and indirect purchase in alignment with Company business priorities:
- Ensure the consistent usage of the structured seven-step strategic sourcing methodology and involvement of cross functional teams to ensure achievement of sourcing benefits and opportunities
- Define strategic sourcing best practices, provide thought leadership to expand the sourcing benefits and opportunities
- Develop annual sourcing plan and identify strategic sourcing waves based on market changes, contract expiration, and duration since last strategic sourcing activity, in alignment with company’s business priorities
- Oversee and drive collation & analysis of market intelligence data, including full supplier base info & capabilities, using relevant sources (e.g. industry reports, expert interviews, informal network, internal knowledge, etc)
- Guide development of spend cube (item, category, supplier, spend, etc.) for respective sourcing categories to understand complete internal usage profile
- Drive development of sourcing strategy in conjunction with key stakeholders
- Oversee development of RFI and RFP documentation and evaluation criteria
- Oversee and provide guidance to the execution of sourcing strategy
- Drive development of negotiation strategy with key stakeholders; prepare and participate in negotiations with team members (as applicable)
- Work with Analytics team to track and document savings after every sourcing initiative
- Communicate progress of sourcing initiatives
- Monitor progress for sourcing exercise through rigorous work plan reviews
Responsible for planning, formulating, guiding, driving and monitoring implementation of category (Business, Logistic, Facility, RE, CE) management strategies to serve the company’s strategic goals:
- Establish the Category Management team as the central point of contact and knowledge regarding a particular category
- Develop, communicate and implement category / supplier standards
- Develop category management strategies for cost reduction or value enhancement in line with company’s business objectives
- Work with Sourcing, Analytics and SRM to track/assess market developments and benchmark suppliers
- Evaluate supply strategies based on changing market conditions and provide inputs into strategic sourcing activities
- Develop category strategies in close alignment with stakeholders
- Define the supplier base and secure capacity, plan implementation (timeline, resources, cost, …) and align stakeholders
- Ensure execution of and compliance with the agreed category strategies
- Support sourcing projects related to the assigned categories by giving guidance, providing methodologies and sharing any other relevant expertise
- Ensure compliance of the category strategies and with Procurement Policy, Guidelines and SOPs as well as legal and regulatory requirements
Manage day-to-day purchasing activities for services of Business, Logistics and Facility, RE, CE to meet requirements of internal users:
- Efficiently secure the day-to-day supply of services (Business, Logistics and Facility, RE, CE) in time, cost and quality
- Process purchase requisitions (PRs) raised by users and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for services of Business, Logistics and Facility, RE, CE – indirect purchases
- Monitor delivery according to requirements, and ensure payment to suppliers by Finance
- Manage documentation related to Purchase and Delivery
- Handles PO order variations given to suppliers
- Ensure compliance with existing contracts, involving relevant sourcing managers where required
- Ensure compliance of the requisition to payment process with Company’s Procurement Policy, Directive, Guidelines and local Procurement SOPs
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree: Masters / MBA preferred; CPM desired
- Understanding about ERP as SAP, Oracle and Power BI, MS Excel and MS Office
- Proficiency in English. Third or more language is preferred.
- At least 7 year experience in category management, strategic sourcing, purchasing operation (R2P) in a large company, food and beverage companies preferred
- Significant project management, communication, negotiation and people management skills
- Proven ability in problem-solving, conflict resolution & relationship management
- Excellent analytic skills and ability to think strategically about category
- Strong category management and general procurement background,
- Proven experience in negotiating with suppliers for high value contracts
- Strong knowledge on procurement services processes
- Effective communication in all forms and at all levels, with ability to adjust style effectively based on situation and type of communication required
- Demonstrated ability to work across business units and functions
