HR Leader

Our strategic partner is a leading multinational company in the textile and apparel manufacturing industry.

Location: Ben Tre, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment:

• Develop recruitment strategies and plans aligned with the factory’s staffing needs at different times.
• Proactively source, attract and interview candidates for both production and office positions.
• Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels.
• Build a potential candidate database.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure hiring the right people at the right time.

Policy & HR System Development:

• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company culture.
• Advise the Board of Directors/Management on policies regarding compensation, bonuses, benefits and performance appraisal (KPIs).
• Support the development of internal regulations, working rules, employee handbooks, and new employee reception and onboarding processes.
• Conduct internal training on policies and corporate culture.

Compliance Management:

• Ensure all HR activities fully comply with labor laws and assessment standards such as Better Work and ILO.
• Coordinate the preparation of records and documents and work with internal and third-party audit/assessment teams.
• Monitor and update on changes in laws related to labor, insurance, OHS (Occupational Health and Safety), anti-harassment, etc.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within a garment factory or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law and factory assessment standards.
• Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Fluent in Chinese.
