Senior Bilingual Tester

Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its engineering operations in Japan and is seeking qualified professionals to join its growing team.

Summary

Our Partner is seeking a Senior Bilingual Tester to conduct meetings and prepare written summaries in both Japanese and English. This role is responsible for reviewing, creating, and revising test cases based on existing documentation and guidance from senior engineers, while also supporting team members and preparing test result analysis and reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct project meetings and prepare written summaries in both Japanese and English.
• Review, create, and revise test cases according to existing documentation and instructions from senior engineers.
• Provide guidance and oversight to team members during testing activities.
• Compile, analyze, and report testing results to support project delivery and quality control.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above is required.
• Proficiency in English for both writing and speaking.
• More than 3 years of experience creating and executing test plans and test cases for all testing phases.
• Good requirement analysis skills.
• Experience preparing documents, delivering presentations, and working directly with Japanese customers.
• Well-organized, creative, and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn in business domains, software engineering, and language, with high responsibility and strong teamwork spirit.
• Willingness to work onsite is required.
• Knowledge of programming skills or technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C++ is a strong advantage.
