Summary

Our strategic partner is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on building and standardizing quality systems, managing end-to-end product quality, leading corrective and preventive actions, maintaining ISO and audit compliance, and partnering with technical teams to drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead an eight-member QA/QC team and coordinate daily quality activities across incoming materials, in-process control, and finished goods.
• Establish and standardize quality systems, standard operating procedures, and QA/QC processes to create a consistent quality-management framework.
• Manage quality control across the full production flow, from incoming raw materials through finished products.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and continuous-improvement initiatives to reduce defects and customer complaints.
• Maintain ISO systems, audit readiness, and compliance requirements, ensuring quality documentation and processes remain effective and controlled.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and R&D to resolve quality issues and support product and process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer, Textile, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Proven quality-management experience in a manufacturing environment, including hands-on leadership of QA/QC teams.
• Demonstrated experience building and standardizing quality systems and processes from the ground up, rather than only operating established systems.
• Experience in plastics, polymers, compounds, masterbatch, extrusion, or related continuous-manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of RCA, CAPA, ISO systems, audit management, compliance, and continuous-improvement practices.
• Strong cross-functional problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Production, Engineering, and R&D.
