Paid Media Specialist

Summary

Our strategic partner is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. The role focuses on campaign setup, tracking, performance monitoring, testing, reporting, and day-to-day execution in close coordination with the Performance Lead and an international team.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and launch Meta and Google advertising campaigns in line with the team’s defined strategy.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify issues that require attention.
• Implement optimization actions based on performance data and direction from the Performance Lead.
• Support testing across products, creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Maintain campaign structure, tracking accuracy, and reporting throughout campaign execution.
• Work closely with the Performance Lead and wider team to ensure campaigns are executed on time.
• Gradually take greater ownership of campaign performance as capability and experience develop.

Job Requirements

• Around two to four years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads; experience with Google Ads is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and basic troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working with performance data and executing against established strategies and KPIs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with an international team.
• Strong execution capability is prioritized over seniority or previous management-level experience.
• Willingness and ability to learn, develop, and progressively take on broader Performance Marketing responsibilities.
