Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Job Responsibilities
- Forecast MRO inventory based on historical data and current trends to determine essential supplies and quantities required.
- Monitor import-export activities, oversee inventory management, storage, and preservation of raw materials, supplies, components, occupational safety equipment, and pallets at various plants. Ensure compliance with FIFO and FEFO principles concerning quantity, type, and timing between actual inventory and SAP systems, following established procedures.
- Manage MRO warehouse operations to optimize efficiency, safety, and alignment with business objectives. Ensure SAP system operations adhere to current procedures.
- Organize and maintain MRO inventory for easy access, efficient monitoring, and optimal space utilization. Includes categorizing and arranging items for accessibility.
- Conduct regular audits (monthly or quarterly) of MRO inventory to reconcile stock with records and actual needs. Collaborate with the accounting department to conduct scheduled and surprise audits, identifying discrepancies, explaining causes, and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and adjust stock levels to match current usage trends and projected demands.
- Analyze the effectiveness of MRO inventory management to pinpoint areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings. Evaluate procurement costs, supplier expenses, performance metrics, inventory turnover rates, and sales velocity.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 8-10 years of robust experience in MRO warehouse operations and inventory control management, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Extensive experience managing large MRO warehouses within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of handling complexity and demonstrating effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
