Group Brand Manager

Our strategic partner is a popular brand in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The company has achieved significant success and has recently invested in production line technology and infrastructure. Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam


Our Partner seeks an accomplished Group Brand Manager with experience in the Food & Beverage industry. This position is responsible for all aspects of big brands management, from marketing strategy and campaign deployment to performance analysis and new product launches. The job holder will collaborate across departments to ensure brand alignment with business goals, optimizing performance and innovation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deploy Brand campaigns and evaluate with effective data/performance tracking.
  • Handle Brand performance through supervising market info insight, Brand Health, Retail audits, and Sales data analysis, and propose an action plan.
  • Deploy new products, lead, monitor, and evaluate new products.
  • Facilitate flawless communication and collaboration between Marketing deployment and various departments, ensuring cohesive execution of Brand initiatives that align with interpersonal goals.
  • Champion self-development and cultivate a deep understanding of Brand strategies. cultivate a culture of continuous learning through informative sharing and feedback sessions
  • Actively participate in the origination, evaluation, and implementation of new, innovative ideas to drive Brand growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales, Product development, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and integration of Brand projects with overall business strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and discussions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities for alignment and efficiency.
  • Apply market research, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to advise decision-making throughout the Brand project lifecycle.
  • Incorporate findings into campaign strategies, Product development processes, and overall Brand performance evaluation to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of working experience in role of Group Brand Manager or Category Director position.
  • Proven experience in project management and ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns, with preferred experience in FMCG, food and beverage brands.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing 4P and innovation for new marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mindset.
  • Data-driven thinking with a strong affinity for numbers.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and marketing best practices.
