Our strategic partner is a leading multinational manufacturer of medicals devices, renowned for producing tight-tolerance, precision medical components through cutting-edge extrusion and molding processes. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.
Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct capacity assessment on production lines, optimize resources, improve production efficiency, and assist in solving temporary problems on production lines.
- Establish standard working hours and personnel quotas, timely improve general operation methods and production line balance, improve production efficiency, and reduce material loss.
- Analyze and establish standardized operating procedures for the production line.
- Promote and organize the company’s improvement proposals.
- By setting standard working hours and production capacity, monitoring daily production data and analyzing abnormal working hours, we can reduce waste and improve work efficiency.
- Other tasks assigned by the leadership
Job Requirements
- Age: 20-40 years old
- For candidates with college degree or above, experience and strong ability, the requirement can be relaxed to technical secondary school.
- More than 2 years of work experience, engineering major: mechanical, industrial engineering, etc., mechatronics or electrical automation major is preferred.
- Proficient in CAD, OFFICE, Soldwork or ProE and other software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to withstand greater work pressure, strong execution
- Internal efficiency monitoring of each workshop, planning, monitoring and weekly review of workshop efficiency.
- Proficient in Vietnamese, English and Chinese.
