HSE Engineer

Our strategic partner is a Singaporean company specializing in producing high-quality chemical additives.

Job Responsibilities 

• Conduct or participate in inspections related to production safety; identify and evaluate potential hazards arising during operational processes
• Prevent and correct violations of safety regulations, including unauthorized instructions, unsafe practices, or actions that do not comply with established procedures
• Develop, maintain, and update the occupational health and safety management system, including relevant documentation and records
• Implement communication and training programs related to occupational safety and industrial hygiene
• Prepare, revise, and enhance safety-related documentation systems
• Participate in the approval and supervision of work activities that involve risk factors
• Perform safety inspections at project sites and participate in project safety acceptance processes
• Organize periodic safety meetings to review, analyze, and address arising safety concerns
• Lead investigations related to incidents affecting production safety
• Carry out other assigned duties as directed by the company and reporting manager. 

Job Requirements 

• Diploma or higher qualification in Chemistry
• 0–1 year of experience in chemical companies or related industries
• Understanding of applicable legal regulations and national standards related to occupational safety
• Ability to develop safety regulations and operational procedures
• English or Chinese language skills are considered an advantage
• Willing to work full day on Saturdays.
