BIM Modeller (MEP)

Our strategic partner is a multinational professional services company headquartered in Europe, providing design, engineering, architecture, planning, and consulting services across various areas of the built environment. The organization is currently expanding its presence in Vietnam through transportation, urban development, and real estate projects, aiming for long-term and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with MEP engineers to develop BIM models and produce drawings using Revit.
• Work closely on a daily basis with international teams located in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.
• Independently produce BIM models and 2D documentation for standard assignments and provide guidance to junior team members when required.
• Ensure all deliverables meet project specifications and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate with team members and project managers to monitor workload distribution and delivery timelines.
• Support project coordination activities and conduct virtual design reviews to identify and resolve model coordination issues.
• Maintain compliance with Common Data Environment (CDE) standards and ensure proper data management practices are followed.

Job Requirements 

• Proficiency in Revit MEP.
• Experience performing BIM coordination across disciplines such as Architecture and MEP is advantageous, including familiarity with BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Navisworks platforms.
• Possess 3–5 years of experience working on complex engineering or construction projects.
• Hold a College or University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.
• Programming capabilities using Python, C#, Dynamo, or Rhino.inside.Revit are considered beneficial.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Experience participating in complex projects originating from advanced markets in Asia such as Hong Kong, Singapore, or Australia is an advantage.
