The company has achieved significant success and has recently invested in production line technology and infrastructure. Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Summary

Our Partner seeks an accomplished Head of Finance with experience in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry. This position leads all financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely insights to drive informed decision-making and achieve financial targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, comprehensive, and timely recording and establishment of all financial reports (such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial statement notes) for each item, adhering to accounting standards, company policies, and current tax regulations.
• Take charge of implementing and overseeing budgeting departments.
• Analyze and prepare precise reports to assess the return on investment (ROI) of cost center investment activities, as well as profit and loss, thereby pinpointing opportunities, risks, abnormalities, and areas of management control loss.
• Be accountable for accurately calculating and achieving Finance targets within the Division

Job Requirements

• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related professional qualifications.
• Experience: At least 8-10 years of financial experience in a managerial role, preferably in FMCG/Food and Beverage Manufacturing/Consumer sectors.
• Well-experienced in balance sheets, income statements, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership presence and team management skills.
• Ability to adapt to pressure and change management
