Procurement Operation (R2P) MRO And Logistic Services Manager

Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Our Partner seeks an accomplished Procurement Operation (R2P) MRO And Logistic Services Manager with experience in the Food & Beverage industry. This position oversees the procurement of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) goods, and logistics services, ensuring timely and compliant operations while optimizing costs and building strategic supplier partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop annual sourcing plan and identify strategic sourcing waves (MRO and Logistic Services) based on market changes, contract expiration, and duration since last strategic sourcing activity, in alignment with Company business priorities.
  • Responsible for managing daily procurement operations (machinery, equipment and spare parts (MRO) and Logistic services) to serve the Company’s production and business activities, ensuring timeliness, efficiency and compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with existing contracts, involving relevant sourcing managers where required.
  • Optimize the R2P process, focusing on S&OP, MRP, MPS to contribute to optimizing TCO for the Company’s purchasing strategy (MRO and Logistics Services.
  • Participate in building strategic partnerships to contribute for the goal of sustainable growth and enhance the Company’s reputation.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement and logistics management, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Experience in managing MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and logistic services. Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to build strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to analyze data and reports to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in office software and procurement management systems, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
