Summary

Our strategic partner is seeking a Central Consolidation Hub Manager to lead the setup and operation of the Central Consolidation Hub (CCH), reporting to the Technical Operations Manager. The role manages all CCH staff and covers Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and operation of the Central Consolidation Hub, reporting to the Technical Operations Manager.
• Manage all employees and ensure efficient operations at the hub.
• Manage operational activities related to the installation, maintenance, upgrades, and improvement of all technical equipment, both at the Consolidation Hub and at collection points.
• Oversee Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) at the facility.

Job Requirements

• A university degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in business operations related to the Deposit Return System (DRS) is highly preferred.
• Experience managing a factory, logistics facility, or similar operation, including responsibility for safety.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• A valid driving licence would be an advantage.
