C&B Coach

As a C&B Coach at PeopleWise Vietnam, you will provide expert coaching to our team and consultants on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Payroll knowledge and practices, helping strengthen internal expertise and service quality, particularly for engagements in the manufacturing industry. Coaching sessions will be delivered primarily online, with occasional offline/in-person sessions as needed, on an hourly basis.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Coaching & Advisory:

• Deliver C&B/Payroll coaching sessions to PeopleWise’s internal team, primarily online, with occasional offline sessions when required.
• Share practical expertise and best practices in C&B/Payroll management, with a strong focus on the manufacturing industry.
• Guide the internal team on C&B structure, salary scales, benefits design, payroll compliance, and related HR practices to strengthen their capability in serving clients.
• Address specific questions and challenges raised by the internal team during coaching sessions.

Program Design & Effectiveness Measurement:

• Design and structure a coaching roadmap/curriculum tailored to PeopleWise’s internal team development needs and business priorities.
• Define clear learning objectives and expected outcomes for each coaching engagement or module.
• Track and evaluate the internal team’s progress and capability improvement following coaching sessions, providing feedback and recommendations for further development.
• Periodically review and update the coaching program based on team feedback and evolving business needs (e.g., new client industries, regulatory changes).

Materials & Scheduling:

• Prepare coaching content, materials, and case studies tailored to the team’s development needs and industry context.
• Review relevant C&B/Payroll cases in advance to ensure sessions are relevant and actionable.
• Coordinate with PeopleWise’s team to schedule coaching sessions and confirm session formats (online/offline).
• Communicate professionally and maintain a good working relationship with the internal team throughout the engagement.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Over 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) / Payroll; a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but relevant professional experience is the priority.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong background in the manufacturing industry strongly preferred, with practical, hands-on expertise in C&B/Payroll structures relevant to that sector.
• Organization & Administration: Based in Ho Chi Minh City area preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex C&B/Payroll concepts clearly.
• Presentation & Language Skills: Comfortable and confident delivering coaching sessions both online and offline, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Attention to Detail: Proven coaching, training, or mentoring experience, with attention to detail in preparing accurate and relevant session content.
