Sales Support – Raw Cashew Nut

Summary

Our strategic partner is seeking a Sales Support RCN to provide operational and communication support for the RCN business in the Vietnam market. This role serves as a communication bridge between the business and local partners through Vietnamese and English translation, while supporting sales lead generation, market information updates, administrative coordination, and on-site translation during business tours and travel activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Translate communication between Vietnamese and English to support business interactions with local stakeholders.
• Assist with communication and coordination with local partners and relevant parties in Vietnam.
• Join business tours, travel activities, or field visits to provide on-site translation and communication support.
• Contact buyers by phone and support sales lead generation for business growth.
• Provide market updates, local business information, and practical insights from the Vietnam market.
• Handle basic coordination, administrative tasks, and operational support required for RCN business activities.

Job Requirements

• Fluent communication capability in both Vietnamese and English.
• Good communication skills for working with buyers, local partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Confidence in making phone calls and interacting directly with clients or business contacts.
• Organized, reliable, and professional working style.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally when business activities require on-site support.
