Project Engineering Supervisor

Our strategic partner specializes in supplying ingredients, additives, and related commodities for various manufacturing industries. The business is currently expanding its operations in Vietnam and is seeking multiple new positions to support its growth strategy and business expansion in the next development phase.

Job Responsibilities 

• Prepare technical requirements for auxiliary equipment, electrical systems, measuring instruments, and related components according to project demands.
• Develop bidding packages, coordinate tender invitations, conduct preliminary contractor evaluations, and propose suitable vendors for the Project Team and Purchasing Department to proceed with the next stages.
• Monitor and consolidate progress related to equipment supply, installation, commissioning, and acceptance activities assigned under the project scope.
• Standardize software systems, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and related automation platforms to ensure synchronization across automation programs within the corporation.
• Establish overall planning for automation activities across subsidiary companies.
• Be willing to travel for long-term and remote business assignments.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Age ranges from 35 to 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering.
• Knowledge of electrical drawing design software.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in projects, electrical systems, control systems, and industrial automation.
• Proficient in using specialized software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and related applications.
• English communication skills with foreign professionals.
• Ability to self-learn and work independently.
