Our strategic partner specializes in supplying ingredients, additives, and related commodities for various manufacturing industries. The business is currently expanding its operations in Vietnam and is seeking multiple new positions to support its growth strategy and business expansion in the next development phase.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage the organization’s data platform and reporting ecosystem, ensuring data is structured, governed, and utilized effectively.
Focus on building data architecture using Microsoft Fabric and implementing data governance frameworks.
Monitor data quality, operate data pipelines, and support BI reporting activities through business requirement gathering, data model optimization, and DAX enhancement.
Build and manage enterprise data architecture, including Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Workspace configurations.
Develop, optimize, and automate ETL/ELT workflows while improving data pipelines to ensure reports are updated accurately and consistently.
Manage data quality by establishing validation frameworks to monitor and maintain data readiness for reporting and operations.
Build data governance frameworks, including data ownership, data policies, and governance standards to ensure compliance, security, consistency, and quality throughout the data lifecycle.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and maintain clear data lineage documentation and flow diagrams to support compliance requirements.
Design and optimize data models such as Star Schema and Snowflake structures to simplify complex business logic for end users.
Develop advanced DAX calculations and optimize complex functions to ensure fast report responsiveness and consistent metric calculations.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand business requirements and deliver analytical reporting solutions.
Implement data crawling and data acquisition solutions through APIs, web scraping, and third-party data sources.
Support data preparation activities, ad-hoc analysis requests, and reporting system optimization.
Support the development of long-term BI team roadmaps and propose new analytical initiatives or projects.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions with hands-on experience in building and operating data systems.
Strong SQL capability with experience in writing complex queries, query performance optimization, and large-scale data processing.
Solid understanding of Data Lake and Data Warehouse architecture.
Strong knowledge of Data Pipeline development processes, ETL/ELT methodologies, and data modeling practices.
Proficient in BI platforms, preferably Power BI and Tableau.
Experience working with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Experience using Python for analytics and data crawling activities through web or API data collection is a strong advantage.
Experience working on cloud computing platforms, preferably Azure.
