Our strategic partner specializes in supplying ingredients, additives, and related commodities for various manufacturing industries. The business is currently expanding its operations in Vietnam and is seeking multiple new positions to support its growth strategy and business expansion in the next development phase.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive export sales activities for fruit-derived products and food ingredient solutions, including IQF fruits, fruit purée, NFC/FC juices, and concentrated fruit juices.
- Identify and develop new international B2B clients such as importers, distributors, beverage producers, food processing companies, and multinational F&B businesses.
- Research and penetrate new overseas markets in line with the company’s international growth direction.
- Recommend effective sales approaches, product proposals, and market development strategies based on customer needs and market conditions.
- Analyze technical specifications requested by customers including Brix level, viscosity, color, IQF sizing, packaging requirements, and related product standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Production, QC/QA, and Logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery according to agreed requirements.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, contracts, and other export-related documentation.
- Handle negotiations regarding pricing, payment conditions, and Incoterms to achieve mutually beneficial business agreements.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams regarding export operations, shipment schedules, cold-chain transportation, and required documentation.
- Conduct market analysis related to global industry trends, seasonal raw material supply, pricing movements, and product demand.
- Provide periodic reports covering sales results, market insights, customer updates, business risks, and potential opportunities.
- Represent the company at international trade exhibitions and industry events such as Thaifex, SIAL, Anuga, Gulfood, and related global exhibitions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, or other related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the fruit processing, food ingredients, fruit juice, purée, IQF products, or B2B F&B sectors.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills in both verbal and written forms. Chinese language capability is considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Incoterms, import–export operations, export documentation, international logistics, and cold-chain supply management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive working attitude with strong result orientation, responsibility, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good teamwork mindset, interpersonal skills, and professional working manner.
- Physically fit and willing to travel internationally when required.
