Summary

Our strategic partner is seeking an Associate Architectural Designer for a remote working position based in Vietnam to support residential and commercial architectural projects for a U.S.-based company.

Job Responsibilities 

• Prepare architectural construction drawings for residential and commercial developments
• Coordinate and process building permit submissions with local authorities and government agencies in California, United States
• Handle design review feedback and revise drawing packages accordingly
• Develop architectural visualizations and renderings using different software platforms and digital tools
• Supervise and coordinate drafting support resources and technical drawing contributors when required
• Perform additional assigned duties based on project requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience working on projects in the United States market
• Strong expertise in residential and commercial architectural drawing development
• Hands-on experience using Revit and AI-supported rendering software
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related disciplines
• Strong commitment mindset with a proactive and high-performance working attitude.
