Our strategic partner specializes in supplying ingredients for the personal care and home care sectors. The business is currently expanding its operations in Vietnam and is seeking multiple new positions to support its growth strategy and business expansion in the next development phase.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate the UHT system.
- Perform preventive maintenance and servicing activities for laboratory machinery and equipment to ensure stable operations and avoid unexpected breakdowns caused by failure to follow maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate independently and/or collaborate with technical teams from affiliated companies when necessary.
- Monitor and propose purchases of spare parts and backup equipment for laboratory machinery to ensure replacement availability in case of unexpected failures.
- Ensure sufficient inventory levels of CIP chemicals and proactively monitor and propose purchasing plans to avoid shortages during operations.
- Develop and implement external inspection plans for machinery, equipment, and laboratory devices.
- Participate in training programs, exhibitions, conferences, and seminars related to the field.
- Ensure technical safety standards are maintained during equipment operations.
- Maintain and update operational records and documentation in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Perform additional assignments requested by Team Leaders or Department Managers.
- Prepare reports and perform other related tasks as requested by Team Leaders or Department Managers.
Job Requirements
- College or University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machinery Manufacturing, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong interest in laboratory environments, equipment operations, and product development activities.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new knowledge and technologies.
- Basic English communication skills with the ability to read and understand English documents.
