Summary

Our strategic partner is seeking a Warehouse Executive to support warehouse operations and forklift handling. The role covers receiving, put-away, storage, stock movements, inventory counting, and warehouse system records while following safety and PPE requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle goods receiving, put-away, storage, inbound and outbound movements, and inventory counting in line with warehouse procedures.
• Operate electric and diesel forklifts in accordance with safe operating procedures.
• Record warehouse transactions using ERP, WMS, Excel, or other warehouse management systems.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements when handling goods and operating equipment.

Job Requirements

• Intermediate vocational qualification or higher.
• Valid forklift operating certificate and proficiency in operating electric and diesel forklifts.
• Experience with inbound and outbound operations, stock control, receiving, put-away, storage, and inventory counting.
• Ability to use computers, office software, and ERP, WMS, Excel, or other warehouse management systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and forklift operation.
• Experience in the chemical industry is preferred.
• Responsible, diligent, and willing to work overtime or change shifts when needed.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety, PPE, and equipment care and maintenance, with strict adherence to safe operating procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
