Our strategic partner is a Hong Kong-based multinational company specializing in electronics manufacturing. The company’s Vietnam factory currently employs 1.200 personnel, with ongoing expansion plan to reach a workforce of over 3.000.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within the department. 课内日常工作管控
- Manage personnel within the department. 课内人员管控
- Manage equipment and warehouse safety. 设备与仓储安全管理
- Follow up on related system projects: Follow up on SSM, MES projects (including testing, implementation and issue tracking, employee training), and inspect and audit the LPA system. 课内相关系统项目跟进 ： SSM、MES项目跟进（包括测试，问题跟进实施，培训员工) 、LPA系统检查与审核
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in the 4 skills of Chinese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing). 中文四项技能
- At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position. 至少三年相应职位的工作经验
