Strategy Planning Manager

Our strategic partner is an international company based in Europe, known for its trusted brand and reputable standing in the advertising industry with a history of significant achievements. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

  • Led the creation of comprehensive reports and employed data-driven decision-making strategies. Developed forecasting models and conducted detailed analyses to drive strategic planning initiatives. Managed the content of management meetings to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Oversaw all legal affairs, including internal and external compliance, contract negotiations, litigation, and policy development to mitigate legal risks. Designed and implemented robust compensation and benefits policies. Provided strategic guidance on human resource management and talent development to enhance organizational effectiveness and engagement.
  • Directed strategic initiatives and regional business development efforts. Conducted thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and developed detailed 3-year business plans aligned with market trends and company goals.
  • Collaborated with headquarters stakeholders, accounting, finance, and subsidiaries to ensure financial compliance and operational efficiency. Provided strategic financial oversight to support sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Provided operational leadership for diverse projects, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, risk assessments, and conflict resolution, driving organizational success and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategy planning or business operations management.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced expertise in market research methodologies and proficient in data analysis techniques.
  • Demonstrated organizational acumen and proven leadership capabilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Extensive and in-depth knowledge of the Digital Advertising industry is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a multinational corporate environment, with a strong background in management, legal compliance, accounting, or auditing.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a proven track record of using data insights to drive strategic decision-making processes.
