Our Partner seeks an accomplished SEO Marketing Specialist who plays a crucial role in developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies. The primary goal will be to increase online visibility, drive organic and paid traffic, and optimize website performance to achieve business objectives, and digital marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducts in-depth keyword research to identify targeted keywords and phrases.
  • Analyzes keyword trends and competition, informing website content optimization.
  • Optimizes website content, meta tags, and headers for enhanced search engine visibility.
  • Ensures seamless integration of keywords, compelling content, and an enriching user experience.
  • Collaborates with web development teams to address technical SEO challenges.
  • Implements schema markup, enhances website speed, and rectifies crawl errors.
  • Develops and executes content strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Creates and optimizes engaging blog posts, landing pages, and other web content.
  • Cultivates and manages a strategic and diverse backlink profile.
  • Deploys white-hat link-building techniques to boost domain authority.
  • Monitors and analyzes website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Provides regular reports on key SEO metrics, drawing actionable insights.
  • Establishes and manages paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Optimizes ad copy, targeting, and budget allocation for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Conducts A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements.
  • Utilizes data-driven insights to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Conducts thorough competitor analyses to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develops and curates engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs.
  • Leverage blog posts to drive targeted traffic to the website.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese (Spoken and Written) is a must.
  • Proven experience in SEO/SEM, with a robust portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and industry trends.
  • Fluency in English (Spoken and Written, Professional Working Proficiency)
  • Knowledge in Ms. Office, Job Portals.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Preferred Nationality: Vietnamese.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
