As a Senior Talent Consultant at PeopleWise Vietnam, your main responsibility will be including talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, and identifying the most suitable candidates for positions. You will also be responsible for expanding potential clients and candidates, ensuring to recruit the right candidates for roles opening at our strategic partners.

Job Responsibilities:

Candidate Approaching & Assessment:

  • Presenting the jobs to potential candidates, sharing client insights, job descriptions, and attracting suitable talent for the role.
  • Providing career consultancy to candidates regarding career moves or development.
  • Offering market insights and talent mapping to clients regarding industry trends, talent, and peers in the marketplace.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the key competencies of the role.
  • Searching for candidates on job boards, approaching them, and selling the job opening.
  • Posting jobs on social media, job boards, and professional networks to attract talent for the role.
  • Networking: Attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network and generate leads.

Client Prospecting:

  • Actively identify and target potential clients who would benefit from our Executive Search services. Approach potential clients and introduce Executive Search Services.
  • Contract Negotiation: Join the meeting with clients together with your leader and discuss about the contract and benefits from the PeopleWise’s Services.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competition, and potential client needs.

Internal Teamwork:

  • As a mentor to support Junior Consultants, sharing knowledge for team’s learning & growth
  • Participant in project of develop the PeopleHays digital platform, testing & launching, communication.
  • Tracking Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, recruitment activities, and recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Job Requirement:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiar with the HR services industry, particularly in Executive Search, is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and favorable terms.
  • Networking Abilities: An extensive network of industry contacts and the ability to expand this network.
  • Results-Oriented: A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales objectives.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is required.
