Job Responsibilities

Market Analysis and Strategy: Strategically analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
Customer Insight and Feedback: Capture valuable customer feedback through interviews to inform product development decisions and enhancements.
Product Development and Enhancement: Guide product enhancements and expansion of features based on market insights and customer needs.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the execution of product improvements throughout the entire product lifecycle. Ensure high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strategize solutions for technical challenges and optimize product development processes.
Regional Partnerships: Formulate effective partnerships with regional teams to enhance product features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with market demands.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in production management or related roles, with proven leadership in product development and lifecycle management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Experience in gathering customer insights and translating them into actionable product strategies.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and regions.
Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
