Senior HR Specialist

Our strategic partner is an international company based in Europe, known for its trusted brand and reputable standing in the advertising industry with a history of significant achievements. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business managers to oversee recruitment, training, and development initiatives. Coordinate communication and facilitate professional development opportunities for employees.
  • Performance Management: Work with managers to develop and execute employee performance evaluation and promotion procedures.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training needs analyses to identify organizational and individual learning requirements. Gather and analyze data relevant to training processes. Assist in evaluating program efficacy. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on Talent Development activities and programs.
  • Training Administration: Participate in the administration of mandatory training programs. Support community needs related to the learning management system (LMS).
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate new employee onboarding, including coordination, communication, facilitation, and assessment of new employee orientation and peer mentorship programs.
  • Customized Training Delivery: Contribute to the design and delivery of tailored training sessions for campus departments and groups upon request.
  • Employee Engagement: Support various employee engagement initiatives across the organization to enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or specialist capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience in conducting training needs analyses, developing training plans, and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other HR software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
