Senior Facebook & Google Ads Specialist

Our strategic partner is a leading multinational manufacturer of commercial and consumer electronic products. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

• As a Senior Facebook & Google paid Ad Specialist, you will assist with managing digital media advertising, paid search, display and native ads.
• Analysing and reporting data is also part of the role: performance analysis on data from campaigns to drive insights, learnings and optimisation.
• Creating ad copy for Facebook & Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
• Manage the daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Media spend budget across a variety of channels such as Facebook, TikTok etc ensuring the spend reflects the size of the opportunity short and long term,
• Drive clear expectations to the broader marketing team of the support activities required to achieve budgeted sell through metrics, which will include pushing for Email and SMS placement and appropriate budget in SEM/Facebook/ Google etc.
• Identify audience groups and customer segments that we are missing to market to correctly through paid social/CRM.
• Frequent communication with CRM and Ecom team on amplification of products/releases through email, SMS and site to align with product pushes through paid social channels

Job Requirements

• 5+ years Previous experience in paid performance with an ability establish growth strategies & media plans to drive commercial outcomes.
• Experience with Facebook Ads manager, Facebook business suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Dashboard, PPC campaigns.
• Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs, ROAS and ROI
• Strong analytical skills, working with tools to assist with financial analysis and forecasting.
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Strong knowledge of all digital platforms
• A creative eye for all things content, being able to create your own organic content when needed.
• Experience pulling data and building reports.
• Skills in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop are an advantage but not essential.
