Sales Manager

Our strategic partner, a leading multinational company, specializes in crafting flavors and fragrances tailored for the dynamic food and beverage sector. Presently, we are in search of a competent Sales Manager to oversee our Flavor & Fragrance division in Indonesia, driving forward our sales and marketing endeavors collaboration across Southeast Asian territories, including Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform leadership of managing the the Sales & Marketing division in Indonesia.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams across various countries within the Asia Pacific region, including Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia, to cater to local clients and furnish monthly sales reports.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service while nurturing existing key client accounts.
  • Pursue new client acquisitions across different countries, with a particular emphasis on emerging market segments.
  • Drive sales growth, with a specific focus on expanding market share within the Asia Pacific region.


  • Possession of a minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, with a specialized focus on products such as flavors or fragrances, food ingredients, or cosmetic ingredients, targeting manufacturing entities within the food, beverage, cosmetics, homecare, or personal care sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer acquisition strategies.
  • A robust professional network within manufacturing circles across the food, beverage, and cosmetics industries.
  • Minimum educational attainment of a Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, Business Management, or Sales & Marketing.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales achievements.
