Sales Manager

Our strategic partner is a subsidiary of a leading multinational company in the consumer electronics manufacturing industry, specializing in the electric automobiles sector. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Dong Nai, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales plans, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Direct and supervise sales staff activities to achieve sales and customer service quality objectives.
  • Manage and train the sales team to meet company standards and requirements.
  • Manage the standards, operation and scheduling of demo vehicles.
  • Develop and implement sales programs, marketing plans and promotional activities.
  • Identify business development opportunities: Explore new markets and customer bases.
  • Approve sales transaction documents within authorized limits according to company regulations.
  • Proactively participate in resolving and handling customer feedback when staff are unable to do so, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with vehicle display standards, vehicle handover standards, event standards and communication standards.
  • Manage the collection of sales receivables (bank disbursements, payment receivables…). Effectively control and manage the sales budget and expenses.

Human Resources Management:

  • Ensure sales staff adhere to company regulations and standards.
  • Motivate, inspire teamwork, and boost morale among showroom staff, promoting company values and cultural orientation.
  • Recruit staff according to approved staffing plans.
  • Train staff and enhance their capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the training department to implement staff training programs.

Job Requirements

  • Age 30-40.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management positions.
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Meticulous, honest, and passionate about sales and the automotive industry.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Proven experience in developing business plans and strategies.
