Purchasing Manager (Service)

Our strategic partner is a popular brand in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The company has achieved significant success and has recently invested in production line technology and infrastructure. Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam

Summary

Our Partner seeks an accomplished Purchasing Manager (Service) with experience in the Food & Beverage industry. This position is responsible for the end-to-end purchasing process of services, ensuring compliance, optimizing supplier selection, and guaranteeing timely and satisfactory service delivery to internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct supplier selection processes (tendering, negotiation, etc.) in accordance with the company’s sourcing strategy and procurement procedures to acquire services that meet end-user requirements and comply with company policies.
  • Issue contracts, purchase orders (POs), and oversee service delivery to ensure alignment with contractual agreements and end-user satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures and regulations throughout the entire purchasing process, from purchase request (PR) to payment, maximizing both end-user and supplier satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement, particularly in services, projects, and real estate. At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. Proven experience in supplier selection processes, including tendering and negotiations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze procurement data and reports to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in office software and procurement management systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements relevant to service procurement, project management, and real estate.
