National Sales Director

Our strategic partner is a leading cosmetic manufacturer and trusted brand distributor in personal care, based in Ho Chi Minh City, is seeking the National Sales Head. This position is responsible for managing the sales team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to aid the sales team in reaching revenue targets and expanding market presence.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities, target markets, customer segments, and pivotal sales channels.
  • Establish clear performance standards, offer coaching and growth prospects, and cultivate a culture of high-performance sales.
  • Supervise all sales activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and sales analysis.
  • Deploy efficient sales procedures, tools, and systems to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to grasp customer needs and preferences, devising strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Set ambitious sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • Assess performance against targets and KPIs, proactively addressing any deficiencies or concerns.
  • Design sales incentive schemes to motivate and recognize high-performing sales representatives.
  • Work closely with finance and supply chain teams to formulate precise sales forecasts and demand forecasts.
  • Ensure synchronization between sales forecasts and production and inventory planning to meet customer demands and maximize revenue.
  • Identify training requirements and deliver ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Keep the team informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Foster a culture of continual learning and advancement within the sales organization.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to harmonize sales strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • Contribute insights into product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant major. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven record success in a senior sales leadership capacity in the FMCG industry/ Personal care or Cosmetics.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing impactful sales strategies to spur revenue growth.
  • Very good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal aptitudes.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving competencies.
  • Proficient in sales forecasting, budgeting, and sales analytics.
