MRO Warehouse Manager

Our strategic partner is a popular brand in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The company has achieved significant success and has recently invested in production line technology and infrastructure. Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize, implement and deploy works in compilation and editing of MRO Warehouse management policy, procedure, regulation and guidelines to ensure smooth operation of all MRO warehousing activities meeting business requirement (Optimize cost, space and service quality) and in compliance to safety, EHS and legal.
  • Organize and manage operation of MRO Warehouse to ensure MRO inventory management processes run smoothly, accurately and efficiently to keep cost low and optimize use of space and inventory.
  • Manage MRO Warehouse improvement, deploy reapplication of effective improvement (best practices) across sites to optimum cost and maximize Return of investment.
  • 100% position within function having work instruction/HDCV or having plan to write HDCV and implement as per plan.
  • Ensure deliver customer satisfaction at Surprising level.
  • Ensure >95% meet requirement and no repeat on 5% non-compliance.
  • Establish IDP plan for subordinate and succession plan.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience in Facilities, building and Equipment maintenance (Establish strategy, establish maintenance, implementing maintenance works and manage effeteness of maintenance activities).
  • 5 years’ experience in Managerial position of MRO Warehouse management.
  • Previous working experience with an established organization of similar nature would be an advantage for selection.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement benchmarking industry best practice and lead project to close gaps.
  • Familiar with basic technical knowledge of MRO, such as storage condition, warrantee and acceptance process and procedure
  • Familiar with MRO safety stock set up and maintenance.
  • Possess capability to lead Annual Budget (AOP) process, including annual Operational budget set up, implementation and governance.
  • TPM knowledge and ability to lead and implement the program.
  • Experience in delivery of project from design to installation of machinery.
  • Quality and risk management.
  • Knowledge of spare parts management.
  • Ability to establish departmental plan, deployment and delivery of works for a team.
  • Familiar with SAP/ERP.
