Merchandiser

Our strategic partner is a leading multinational company in the textile and apparel manufacturing industry.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

• Receive orders, assist customers during the order placement process.
• Participate in the sample production process, ensuring sample quality before sending to the customer.
• Follow up on customer feedback, negotiate contracts.
• Work with technical, purchasing, and materials departments to ensure raw materials and accessories are available for production.
• Work with production departments, technical teams, and quality management to ensure orders are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Calculate costs for goods and related services.
• Report order-related metrics to superiors.

Job Requirements

• Languages: Japanese (N3 level); English reading comprehension is an advantage.
• Education: College/University degree.
• Experience: 3-5 years in the garment industry.
• Skills: Communication, Problem-solving, Time management.
