Media Manager

Our strategic partner is an international company based in Europe, known for its trusted brand and reputable standing in the advertising industry with a history of significant achievements. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate closely with clients and account managers to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, budget constraints, and marketing goals.
  • Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with campaign objectives to ensure effective planning and execution.
  • Create detailed media plans specifying optimal channel selection (TV, print, digital, social media) and allocate budgets accordingly.

Campaign Execution and Optimization:

  • Negotiate competitive rates and placements with media vendors to maximize campaign reach and impact within allocated budgets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc., to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Extract insights from data analysis to refine future campaigns and improve overall performance.

Reporting and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the data team to generate detailed performance reports for clients, demonstrating campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Utilize various analytics and advertising tools to monitor and track campaign performance in real-time.

Team Support and Adaptability:

  • Support team and company objectives by assisting in additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
  • Manage team performance to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Advertising, Business).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the role of management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and draw meaningful conclusions from complex data sets.
  • Proven experience in managing significant advertising budgets across major digital platforms, including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in using a range of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese, including strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
