Marketing Executive

Summary

Our Partner seeks an accomplished Marketing Executive. The main purpose of this position is to execute marketing campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This involves analyzing campaign effectiveness, managing loyalty programs, and leveraging customer data insights to optimize brand awareness.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute campaigns and events, collect preliminary data and results in order to gain new market penetration, maintain market share and assist in campaign effectiveness analysis.
  • Assist in the execution of loyalty plan and monitor processes and systems in place in order to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collect and summarize customer lifetime data in order to assist in customer segmentation analysis.
  • Translate and execute customer engagement activities onto various channels in order to maximize brand awareness and involvement and relevance of information for customers.
  • Gather, manage and organize data for market research and insights and render business support in order to ensure efficient operational processes.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Marketing or related fields.
  • Familiar with report/Analysis tool/excel and good proficiency in number and data analysis.
  • Fluency in English (Spoken and Written, Professional Working Proficiency)
  • Knowledge in Ms. Office, Job Portals.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Preferred Nationality: Vietnamese.
